How our serum tears made

1. Blood Draw: A small sample of the patient’s blood is collected by a licensed phlebotomist through a mobile service brought directly to the patient’s location.
2. Serum Preparation: The sample is allowed to clot naturally, then centrifuged to separate the serum, the nutrient-rich component essential for ocular healing.
3. Custom Dilution: The serum is blended with a balanced salt solution to the specific concentration prescribed by the provider. We support concentrations ranging from 20% to 100%, depending on individual needs and requirements.
4. Sterile Bottling & Delivery: The prepared drops are packaged in sterile dropper bottles and shipped directly to the patient, typically within 48 hours of the blood draw.
